Lady Gaga signed this CD Sleeve.  The autograph has a Certificate of Authenticity from ACOA #SC36543

The CD sleeve is normal size, 4.75 x 4.75.  The signature is silver.  The CD is not included.  This is for the CD sleeve only.  All 4 corners are dinged.  There is also a dent near the upper right corner.  The bottom right by the COA sticker has a ripple.  Please review all photos.
