Slipknot is a Heavy Metal Rock Band that was formed in Des Moines, Iowa.  They have released seven studio albums.  Sid has been in the band since 1998.

All four corners are dinged.  It looks like the printer roll was heavy by the COA sticker.  A pattern can be seen as shown in the photos.
