Sum 41 is a Canadian band that has released eight studio albums.  Unfortunately, the band has announced that this is their last album and they will be disbanding.  The band signed their first record deal in 1999 and their first album included the hit song Fat Lip.  Deryck is known as Bizzy D.  He worked with Tommy Lee and Iggy Pop on their albums in the early 2000s.
