Dan is known for his work on ESPN and the Pat McAfee show, but he was also a quarterback in the NFL and collegiately at UConn.  Unfortunately the highlight that will always be associated with him is when he took a safety in his first career NFL start against the Vikings.  He stepped out of bounds while being chased by Jared Allen, the Hall of Fame with a motor that wouldn't stop.  This would be perfect for any football fan.
